What does Genmaicha Rise taste like?
Nutty, toasted, and grounding. The roasted brown rice gives it a warm popcorn-like character, the rose petals add a soft floral note, and Reishi anchors the finish.
How much caffeine does it have?
Around 25 mg per cup, about a quarter of a standard coffee. Genmaicha is half green tea and half toasted rice, so the caffeine is gentler than straight sencha. Good for steady comfort without overstimulation.
When is the best time to drink it?
