I've been savouring the ritual of drinking my teas from Loulou's Tea for just over a week now, and I would have to say that I seem to have more energy during the usual mid-pm slump, and am often sleeping deeper & actually feeling rested some mornings, which is quite a new feeling for me! I'm looking forward to seeing more results as I continue on this journey with them. They also taste yummy and I love that they're made from high quality organic ingredients too.

The sleep tea is very calming, a lovely ritual. It does help me to wind down at the end of the day however I do still wake during the night. The benefits in aiding digestion and soothing a stressed mind are amazing and the taste is just beautiful. Would absolutely recommend.

Presents unlike other teas, with lots of plant matter, but don't worry, it brews a great tea from a small amount and Im convinced, helps me sleep a little but better

You can feel the love and care that goes into everything , the quality of the teas and herbs , the packaging and service, I love my day and night blends, looking forward to having a little tea break to slow down and sip tea in my daily routine.
