What is the minimum order quantity?
First orders start small to give you room to test the blends with your customers. We share the full details once we understand your space. Reorders are flexible and can scale up from there.
What sizes are available?
For cafes and cup service, loose leaf in 250g, 500g, and 1kg pouches. For retail, 65g pouches designed for shelf display. Custom options are available on request.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We blend and pack every order fresh. From the moment you confirm, expect your order to ship within one week. Delivery times from the Gold Coast vary by location.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Once we have an idea of your space and which blends feel right, we send samples so you and your team can taste before committing.
Are the teas certified organic?
All our tea bases are organic, sourced from trusted Japanese growers. Herbs, botanicals, and adaptogens come from trusted Australian and international suppliers who meet our quality standards.
